An 8 week training program to run a faster 10K


 

 

We’re excited to introduce an 8-week group coaching program for the Pride Run / Gay Games 10K, starting May 4th 2026.

 

Who This Is For

This program is designed for:

  • Intermediate runners who have completed a few 10K races
  • You are currently running about 15–25 miles per week on a consistent basis.

 

Duration

8 weeks, beginning Monday, May 4th 2026.

 

Schedule

Four runs each week:

  • Monday 6:30PM: Evening Track Workout at Kezar Stadium (670 Kezar Drive, San Francisco)
  • Tuesday 6:30PM: Weekly Run (Embarcadero)
  • Thursday 6:30PM: Weekly Run (Castro)
  • Saturday 9:00AM: Weekly Run (Blue Heron Lake)

 

Coach

Devesh is an RRCA-certified running coach with more than 20 years of experience racing distances from 5Ks to ultramarathons.

 

Cost

Free for all SFFR members and Pride Run registrants
